Clicking on the site around 11 p.m. ET resulted in an error that stated 鈥渢here is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.鈥�
Two hours later, it still wasn鈥檛 working. CIC has not yet commented on the apparent outage
Twitter users have suggested it鈥檚 proof Americans are flooding the site with requests because they鈥檙e not happy about the results and considering moving north.
