Brennan MacDonald joined CTV News as senior producer of Question Period in July 2024. He specializes in coverage of federal politics, elections, government policy, national security and international affairs.

Prior to joining CTV News, Brennan worked as a producer and writer at CBC鈥檚 parliamentary bureau for 8 years, primarily producing the daily national political news program Power & Politics.

From the Ottawa-area, Brennan graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2016.

He speaks English.
