    The United States will not send troops to fight in Ukraine, the White House said on Tuesday after France's president hinted at the possibility.

    "President Biden has been clear that the U.S. will not send troops to fight in Ukraine," National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson said as Biden met with top lawmakers at the White House to discuss funding issues including Ukraine aid.
